Any new restaurants we should know about? Dale Finlet 5-12-08  
I was wondering if there are any new restaurants since 2007 that are worth talking about. We travel between Jalapa, Coatepec and Xico when we visit, so any of these locations are acceptable.

Dear Dale,

There is a new one in Coatepec. The chef lived many years in the U.S. and Canada and was trained in those countries. He prepares excellent stakes and other dishes. The name of the restaurant is "El Cedro" not far from downtown Coatepec. It is located one block from Posada Coatepec on the same side of the street.
