Wondering about American owned restaurants ken 9-28-08  
Not that I think they are better, because I don't. But, I did wonder how many Americans own restaurants in Xalapa area, and if they are good or not?

Your thoughts appreciated...

Personally, I don't know of any. However there is one in Coatepec that is owned by a man who lived in the States and Canada for over 18 years, and went to several Chef schools there. His menu is excellant. The name of the restuarant is "El Cedro" not far from downtown Coatepec.

Maybe someone else knows of other restaurants in the area.
