This is going to be a long shot, but I was in Jalapa once and found this great little place where they served a la carte items really cheap. They had this little dish that was potatoes and cheese, then put in a broiler. It was very good and very cheap. The other was a corn tortilla with a meat and cheese filling. Like a quesadilla, but more like a taco. That was good too.
The only thing about the place that I can tell you is that it was up a hill and around a curve, and it was open very late.
Anyone know what the place is? |
