Opening a new restaurant by Clive
Post New Message I have no idea what it would take to open a restaurant, but it seems (based on other posts in this forum) that there is not only room for more, but room for unique restaurants as well.

Can someone just give me their thoughts on what type of restaurant they would find appealing, and in what price range?
