Yes. You can either have your check mailed to you, or, if the option is available, arrange to have your money deposited directly into your bank account. Many ATMs are available, depending on where you end up, and these, many times, provide the best exchange rate for withdrawing money. It is a good idea to divide up your money in both Mexican and resident country banks so that you always have access, and you are complementing the local economy. Of course, you will have to make your final decision as to how to handle your own funds.
