So, anything new happening in Xalapa? With the economy the way it is, it would seem a lot more people would be discovering destinations in Mexico. True?

Dear Dick,
There are more moving into Mexico despite the fears of getting caught in a cross-fire with the narcos. But here in Xalapa, it is more peaceful than many places in Mex.
Many of the stories you hear or read about are exaggerated, but still based on fact.
In Xalapa, as I said before, many of the problems are transparent to the public. Still, single people walk downtown late at night without fear.
