Post New Message The insurance at SIMS is not a poverty level insurance even though they accept all income levels. The doctors are good and are experienced and up to date. Of course this all depends on who you get as a doctor. It is no different than in the US. If you have a personal doctor, social security in Mexico is not bad either. There is a section of the hospital where you receive more and special care. Another wing of the hosp. so to speak.
