Noticed what seemed to be a good exchange rate? Steve G 10-24-08  
At the bottom of this web site is a link for a currency converter. I compared the rate for the dollar to peso and it said that one dollar is equal to thirteen eighty-five pesos.

$1 US = $13.85 MX

Is this true? That seems like a nice conversion. How are the prices in Mexico, and how many pesos would require to buy a meal?

As of the date of your enquiry, that was the exchange rate. Of course the Mexican Pesos "floats", but lately the exchange rate has been around $13 pesos per dollar. Nice for living in Mex. and drawing through ATMs.
