Winter by larry
Post New Message I lived in Pensacola, Florida a number of years. In the winter it could rain for days. 48 degrees could feel like 28 degrees as you could be chilled to the bone. Is this also true to Xalapa? I have traveled throughout Mexico and spent time in Guanajuato, San Miguel and Queretaro. Is the congestion and developing smog in Queretaro comparable to these cities and or likely to occur in Xalapa? My wife and I are focus currently on spending the winters in either Xalapa or Oaxaca. Any comments welcome. We currently live in Minneapolis.
