I am interested in renting a 2 or 3 bedroom home (house or apartment) for September 1, 2009 for a minimum of 6 months. I am a single woman so I need a home that is safe and quiet. I work from home and need to have internet. I also need parking. My wish list includes a yard, in Coatepec or Xalapa and a good neighborhood. I am Canadian and speak English, French I am learning Spanish. I would be grateful for some help. Thank you.

My wife and I are interested in renting a 2 bedroom house in Coatepec for a minimum of 6 months. We would like to be in a neighborhood that is safe and quiet. We are retired US citizens with current FM-3s and have lived in Guanajuato for the last year. We have traveled to Xalapa and Coatepec recently. Our housing budget is +/-US$400 per month. We need secure internet service and a place to park one car. We would like some yard as we have an old, very gentle dog. We are learning Spanish and would prefer living in a Spanish a speaking area. We would appreciate any help we could find and would be willing to pay a finders fee directly. Thank you.

Bonjour, Mon épouse et moi-même arrivons tout juste de Coatepec où nous avons trouvé une petite maison qui correspondait exactement à nos attentes; 2 chambres, salon, salle à diner, cuisinette, à 6 minutes du centre de Coatepec, en bordure d'une plantation de café et d'un ruisseau, tout ça pour 400$CAD, Nous avons trouvé grâce à une agente d'immeuble mexicaine mariée à un Américain. English: Hello, My wife and I arrived just Coatepec where we found a small house that corresponded exactly to our expectations, 2 bedrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen, 6 minutes from the center of Coatepec, the edge of a plantation Coffee and a stream, all for $ 400 CAD, we found through a real estate agent married to a Mexican American. Hello, I live in Playa del Carmen and was in Coatepec 2 weeks ago only for a couple days. I am looking for an apartment for 1-2 weeks for the near future. I would like it in the center as I will not have a car. Many thanks 984-146-7725

We will be leaving our rental in late March if anyone is interested in grabbing it ($350USdlls mo). It is at the edge of Xalapa on the Coatepec old road, a couple of blocks from El Haya natural park and a couple of miles away from the Botanical Garden. It is a 2 bed, 1.5 bath (although it has a service room on the roof with a full bathroom). It is small, but has a garage for small auto and is in a quiet neighborhood at a 25 minute walk distance to downtown. Built like fortknox and very easy to care for. One block from public transportation to Coatepec and Xalapa. Most everything you need within walking distance. Water and fresh OJ delivered twice a week to your door! We would be happy to sell our fridge, stove, washer, tv, bedframes, pots and pans, phone line if anyone is interested. (end of March 2010)

Hello, I will be traveling with my family and we would like to rent a furnished house in Coatepec for at least 6 months. 2-3 bedrooms, all services and in the center. My budget is $ 500.00 dls a month. We would like to get it by September 2010. I would really appreciate your help. Thank you
