Car insurance for expats? Fred H 1-7-08
I was wondering what car insurance is required, if any, and how much does this cost? Also, where would one look for car insurance if one were to become a resident expat?

There is a company in CA that sells Mexican insurance. The name is Lewis and Lewis. The rates are cheaper and will cover you in Mexico. The length of the insurance is 1 year. Renewed every year. There are offices throughout Mex. and they are very professional. I don't have their telephone number at the moment, but if you inquire again, I will have it.
