Internet Cafes? Where? Joyce 11-3-08  
I was wondering if there are Internet Cafe's in and around Xalapa? If so, where? And what are the general rates?

Sorry for so many questions, but I want to make sure of this before planning a visit.

There are many internet cafes in jalapa and the surrounding area such a Coatepec and Xico. If you walk in the downtown area of jalapa or Coatepec you will find them. They are not difficult to find. The prices range from about $6 to $10 pesos per hour.
You won't have a problem finding them.

Do the cafe's have VOIP software installed, and headphones so that one can make Internet call? (think Vonage, or Skype)

Did you ever get info regarding Skyping from Jalapa?
