Xalapa to Mexico City Airport - direct! by Zane
Post New Message I just found out that you can take the ADO bus directly back to the airport in Mexico City!

I bought my ticket inside the Chedraui for $272 MX (about $25 US). Since my plane was leaving at 9:00 AM, the best option for me was to leave at 11:30 PM to arrive around 4 AM. In retrospect, I think I should have taken the later one (about 2:30 AM), since I found myself hanging around the airport for many hours.

Anyway, the bus had all of 5 people on it, so stretching out in the seats was no burden at all. I actually got some sleep.
